Our time here was lovely, with friendly staff, a great location in the Old City, and excellent service including on-site parking.

Very comfortable and clean room. The location of the hotel is good, in a very short distance from the train station an in a walking distance from the centre of the town.

I think it was rather expensive for a hotel that it has no reception at night. On the other hand Salzburg is a rather expensive town.

Breakfast was sensational and great, I greatly enjoyed almost everything.

actually everything was great, my next choice again in salzburg. had 1 night in salzburg, spending my time here lovely. i had the twin room, it was bright and huge. the service was terrific with a quick check-in.

Would come here again. Perfectly clean hotel with a large and fantastic breakfast. - the location is marvelous, really close to the Gardens. - the atmosphere of the property is quiet. - Make sure to get a guest room with a great balcony view.

Reception closed at 10pm so you had to take your key everywhere, triple room was very small

Lived in a hotel one night from April 15 to 16. The hotel was booked a week before arrival at a non-refundable rate of 90 Euros without breakfast (almost 40 Euros more for breakfast - not cheap!). The hotel immediately charged 90 Euros and another 60 Euros just in case we lose the key during the stay or something else, so we were explained. It was already a week after the trip, everything went well - we did nothing wrong in this hotel, but the money has not yet been returned to us. Hence the question - should we go to a hotel, nothing special, so that we can also wait for our money?! There's not even a bottle of water in the room, let alone such a "luxury" as slippers and bathrobes!

Fantastic location, only a short 10-minute walk to the Capuchin Monastery, and the unit has a stylish modern design after a recent renovation.

The location was great as it was between the train station and the old town centre. The staff was more than friendly always with a smile.

Break was a little expensive for what it is but their soft boiled eggs are amazing!

The units are well furnished and the staff is super-friendly, especially during our early check-out. The breakfasts were delicious and offered incredible options to choose from.- The hotel's location in Salzburg is perfect and comfortable, right next to Mirabell Gardens and the Congress centre.

Hotel staff polite and helpful during stay. Liked the cosy sitting room which was free wifi enabled. Triple room was suitably sized and comfortable.

Staff and location! Bus stop is less than 100 meters away and almost all the bus line stops there!

No Wifi in our room even it says the connection covers an entire hotel... So don't forget to ask for a room with wifi signal, or else you will have to use it in a hallway or business center..,
